An entire private riad in Marrakech

Riad La Tulipe is a centuries-old home in one of the Marrakech medina’s oldest quarters. Behind its heavy wooden door, the house opens around a palm-filled courtyard with a zellige fountain, traditional arches and contemporary Moroccan art. The entire riad is reserved for your group, so every room and shared space feels genuinely private.

Four bedrooms, four private bathrooms

The riad welcomes up to seven guests in four individually decorated bedrooms. Every bedroom has air conditioning, underfloor heating and its own private bathroom. This combination makes the house comfortable in the hottest part of summer as well as on cool winter mornings.

Life around the courtyard

The courtyard brings the house together. Breakfast can be arranged here on request, beneath the palms and beside the fountain. The salon offers a quieter corner with a fireplace, while the dining area looks back toward the centre of the house. Breakfast and Moroccan cooking are available on demand for an additional charge.

Throughout the riad, contemporary Moroccan artworks sit alongside traditional materials and craftsmanship. It is a lived-in house with personality, not a hotel assembled from a standard design.
